Swap is a digitized FX solution that provides a seamless digital platform for users

Flutterwave, in collaboration with Wema Bank and Kadavra, has launched Swap, a product aimed at digitising access to foreign exchange for Nigerians.

Flutterwave said in a statement that this solution simplified and enhanced the FX experience, providing a seamless digital platform for users, the firms said.

It further stated that Swap users would receive specialised cards, offering a convenient and digitised solution for managing personal and business travel allowances.

Chief Executive Officer of Flutterwave, Olugbenga Agboola, said “At Flutterwave, our dedication to innovation is matched only by our commitment to simplifying financial processes for endless possibilities.

“Swap by Flutterwave represents a significant leap forward in how Nigerians will engage with foreign exchange.

“We understand the FX access challenges individuals and businesses face, and Swap is our answer to those pain points, providing a seamless and efficient platform for currency exchange.

“We are honoured to have secured regulatory approval and the trust of our partners Kadavra BDC and Wema Bank to bring this life-changing solution to Nigerians.”

The Managing Director of Wema Bank, Moruf Oseni, reiterated Wema Bank’s commitment to digital innovation and the transformative impact of products like Swap across various sectors.

The Chief Executive Officer of Kadavra BDC, Cynthia Onyinyechi, while expressing support for Swap, said, “Swap is a step in the right direction for solving major FX problems for Nigerians.”
