Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta has disclosed that the diligent implementation of the Commission’s Strategic Vision Plan (SVP), which focused on the 8-Point Agenda, has helped to lift broadband penetration in Nigeria from 6 per cent in 2015 to 42.02 per cent by July 2020.
