The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has contributed $750 million towards the manufacturing and distribution of a potential COVID-19 vaccine developed by Oxford University. Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha, has said that since 2012, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) had enrolled a total number of 41 million Nigerians.
