Google is rolling out a new setting called 1080p Enhanced for YouTube TV and Primetime Channels subscribers. MultiChoice announced Monday it would not pursue talks with Canal Plus Group after its Board concluded the €2.5 billion offer significantly undervalued the company. Google spent $2.1 billion on severance and other expenses as it laid off more than 12,000 employees throughout 2023, according to a report in The Verge.
