News Highlights:

  • Nomination for CVA 2025 has been extended to May 30 to allow wider participation.
  • This year’s theme highlights consumer demand for trust, digital innovation, and accountability.

BrandXchange, organizers of the 2025 Consumers Value Awards (CVA), have announced an official extension of the nomination deadline to May 30, 2025, stating that this extension provides additional time for brands, organizations, and consumers to engage with one of Nigeria’s most trusted platforms for consumer-focused recognition.

Now in its fourth edition, the CVA remains committed to promoting excellence, transparency, and value in the marketplace by honouring brands that consistently deliver outstanding consumer satisfaction and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Themed “Beyond Prices – Consumer Trust, Digital Experience and Accountability” –the 2025 edition reflects the evolving expectations of consumers in the country, and highlights the need for brands to go beyond pricing strategies and focus on building deeper trust, offering seamless digital engagement, and demonstrating corporate responsibility across every touch point.

“In today’s dynamic consumer landscape, price alone is no longer the sole driver of loyalty,” said Akonte Ekine, Convener CVA. “Consumers are demanding more transparency, a stronger digital experience, and measurable accountability from the brands they interact with. This year’s theme reinforces our commitment to spotlighting brands that meet and exceed these expectations.”

BrandXchange encourages consumers, industry stakeholders, and the general public to submit nominations for brands that have demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction, digital innovation, and ethical practices via the official CVA website at https://consumersvalueawards.com/nomination/

The CVA 2025 Awards Ceremony will be held in September this year, bringing together leading voices in the consumer, marketing, and business sectors to celebrate achievements and set new benchmarks for consumer value delivery.
