Fibon Solar has been named the Most Innovative Solar Energy Service Provider of the Year at the 6th Annual Nollywood Economic Outlook held in Lagos, according to Digital TimesNG.

It seeks to recognize, applaud, and showcase a diverse array of the most impactful individuals spanning various sectors, all dedicated to community service and societal advancement.

The 2025 edition of the Nollywood Economic Outlook welcomed several distinguished guests, including the Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Barrister Hannatu Musawa, who was represented by the Director General of the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation, Hon. Aisha Adamu Augie.

Other notable attendees included the Director General of the National Institute for Sports, Prof. Olawale Moronkola, and the Director General of the National Film and Video Censors Board, Dr. Shaibu Husseini. Also present was Hon. Idris Aregbe, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Arts, Culture, and Tourism.

The event also featured prominent figures from the film industry, including former Actors Guild of Nigeria President Ejike Asiegbu, legendary actors Sunny McDon, Tony Akposheri, and Shan George, as well as Fidelis Duker, Founder of the Abuja International Film Festival. International film director Uzodinma Okpechi and iconic filmmaker Teco Benson, MRF, were also in attendance, among other key industry stakeholders.
