Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Ken-NAB Homes Ltd, Chief Nwabunna Achu has said that Ken-NAB Homes is coming into Nigeria to change the face of Real Estate in the country with its deployment of cutting-edge technology in the delivery of residential and business homes.

Speaking with newsmen in Lagos, during the inauguration of a set of terrace buildings in Lekki, Chief Achu declared that conscious of the fact that the real estate industry across the globe is experiencing rapid changes occasioned by the emergence of new technologies, Ken-NAB Homes are being delivered with state-of-the-art technologies.

He said that in the meantime, the company is concentrating on delivering such building types as duplexes (twin duplexes), apartments, and terraces, adding that the real estate giants currently have buildings in Enugu and Lekki, Lagos State.

Talking about what separates Ken-NAB Homes from other Real Estate operators, Chief Achu said that because of the obvious increase in the demand for green buildings and house features that are eco-friendly, Ken-NAB Homes prides itself as pioneering tech-powered buildings in the Real Estate sector.

“Our homes are built bearing in mind that there is a clear departure from what used to be the stereotypical way of building and furnishing houses. We make sure we build and deliver based on the demands of today. We ensure we build homes that would meet the taste of our buyers in accordance with modern demands.

“For instance, our homes come with installed solar panels to complement electricity services from the national grid. We do not design homes for the sake of comfortability, but we make sure our buildings carry modern and stylish look which bring some inspiring thoughts and elegance in the inmates,” Chief Achu disclosed.

On the unique aesthetics Ken-NAB Homes bring into their buildings, and the philosophy behind it, Chief Achu who holds the traditional chieftaincy title of Akubuilo 1, said his Real Estate firm is guided by the words of Courtnay Daniels Haden, who once said that “If you are comfortable in your home, everyone else will be too. That sense of authenticity is what gives a home its soul.”

He noted that creating a modern home that meets the standards and expectations of potential homeowners, is something that takes a little time. As a result, he said Ken-NAB is very meticulous in the architectural design of its buildings and noted that every building it delivers is solid and comes with a very serene ambiance.

On security, Chief Achu revealed that the lands on which all Ken-NAB Homes Ltd buildings are erected, passed through soil tests, and met other regulatory requirements, and therefore, would not have any issue in the future with Omoniles or the government.

Designed with beautiful Italian and Spanish floor tiles and wall marbles, Ken-NAB Homes has become the toast of potential homeowners in both Enugu town and Lekki in Lagos State, selling like hot cake because of its overall solidity, aesthetics and certified compliance with government building standards.

Houses by Ken-NAB Homes Ltd are very easy to maintain, as they require lesser maintenance because of the very careful steps taken by the Homes’ contractors when building the homes. Yet, the Ken-NAB Estates are well decorated with pots of flowers and gardens for the relaxation delight of the homeowners.
