Organisers of the third edition of the Africa Tech Alliance Forum (AfriTECH 3.0) scheduled for Wednesday, November 8th November 2023 at the Providence Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, have announced that the Keynote address at the tech event will be delivered by the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Aminu Maida.
