TD Africa, Africa’s leading technology distribution powerhouse, has once again reaffirmed its dominance in the tech industry by clinching two prestigious awards at Huawei Day Nigeria 2025, a landmark three-day event themed “Accelerating Industrial Intelligence.”

The celebration, held at the Grand Ballroom of the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, brought together Nigeria’s foremost tech innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders.

The event marked a significant milestone in Huawei’s 25-year journey in Nigeria and heralded a new era of AI-driven transformation across the nation.

At the heart of the celebration was TD Africa’s remarkable performance and enduring partnership with Huawei.

Representing TD Africa, was CEO, Mrs. Chioma Ekeh, who delivered a stirring message on collaboration and the future of technology in Africa.

“I am excited to be here not just as a partner, but as a firm believer in the power of collaboration in shaping the future of technology across Africa,” she shared. “We cannot do this alone, and that’s why Huawei remains one of the most strategic brands we work with.”

In his welcome address, Mr. Chris Lu, CEO of Huawei Nigeria, praised TD Africa’s critical contributions to Nigeria’s digital growth.

“As our society enters the era of industrial intelligence, technologies like connectivity, cloud, and AI have become vital. TD Africa has remained a trusted partner in building Nigeria’s digital backbone,” he noted.

Beyond its role as a distribution partner, TD Africa also serves as Huawei’s cloud Managed Service Provider (MSP) and the sole Authorised Service Centre (ASC) in Nigeria—a strong affirmation of the company’s technical depth and unmatched service delivery capabilities.
