A new era of daily efficiency has dawned in Ogun State with the launch of ScheduleAlt, the state’s first-ever dedicated scheduling and task management app, introduced by Max Excellence Nigeria. Unveiled this month, the platform is poised to transform how residents and businesses manage their time, offering an affordable, innovative solution that’s already making waves.

Max Excellence, spearheaded by CEO Gabriel Adeyeye, a graduate with a BSc in Computer Science from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, has positioned itself as a trailblazer in Nigeria’s tech landscape. “ScheduleAlt is about reclaiming your most valuable asset: time,” Adeyeye said at the launch event. “We’re bringing organization, reliability, and productivity to Ogun State, streamlining daily life in a way it’s never seen before.”

As Ogun’s pioneering scheduling platform, ScheduleAlt tackles longstanding issues like missed appointments, inefficient planning, and the stress of managing multiple tasks. With a few taps, users can book and manage appointments, set reminders for crucial deadlines on an ever learning app “This is a milestone for Ogun’s digital economy,” said Abimbola Johnson, the state’s Commissioner for Innovation. “It’s a homegrown solution with national potential.”

The app’s impact is already tangible. Over 300 businesses have joined the platform, gaining reliability in a growing economic zone. Small businesses, too, are reaping immediate benefits. “Client scheduling that was chaotic and manual is now seamless,” said Toluwanimi Adesina, owner of a local beauty salon. “My no-shows have dropped by 40% since I started using ScheduleAlt, directly boosting my income.”

Beyond convenience, ScheduleAlt is driving positive change. By optimizing schedules and fixing failed meetings and schedules, it has helped users reclaim an average of 10 hours per week. Its accessibility has democratized professional organizing services, while its platform has bolstered local entrepreneurs by freeing them to focus on core business activities. “It’s not just an app, it’s a personal productivity partner,” said user Ovia John

Tech analysts are taking note. “ScheduleAlt exemplifies innovation tailored to local needs,” said Taiwo Ayeni, an Abuja-based tech strategist. “It’s setting a benchmark for how utility apps can reduce daily friction and uplift professional standards.” This aligns with what industry leaders look for: groundbreaking ideas that deliver tangible, real-world impact.

Financially, Max Excellence is thriving. In its first quarter of operation, the company has generated a turnover of ₦70 million, a remarkable figure for a startup in its sector. “This shows the clear hunger for tools that enhance productivity here,” Adeyeye noted. “We’re proving that Nigerian innovation can solve everyday challenges with world-class elegance.”

Looking forward, Max Excellence aims to scale ScheduleAlt across Nigeria, with Ogun as the successful launchpad. “We’re building a blueprint for an organized, efficient, and productive society,” Adeyeye said. “The possibilities are endless; more jobs, stronger businesses, and a state where people have the time to focus on what truly matters.”

As ScheduleAlt gains rapid traction, it’s clear Ogun State is witnessing a productivity and tech-driven transformation. With Max Excellence at the helm, this first-of-its-kind app is not just managing schedules—it’s orchestrating progress.
