The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has awarded 5 years full scholarship to Mr Solomon Ukoha who constructed an electricity substation with crude oil and other locally sourced materials. Google has announced a new programme to offer new scholarships for Android, Web and Google Cloud development to developers across Africa. The programme will be offered in partnership with tech talent companies Pluralsight and Andela.
